sorry i have'nt updated in a while but i kind of lost interest like all the players seem to have. a 9-0 defeat a 12-0 defeat says it all and the lack of attendance to training topok the edge of it for me but lets start again and see if we can get back to our old selves

no training or a game this saturday we start training again nextsaturday 8/11/08/

26/10/08 no way was this a 4-1 game the second half we should have scored a hatful and some of the goalkeeping was as bad as ive seen. i don't know whatit is but even before the game i heard some players saying "oh we will lose this" have confidence boys you area lot better than you think

well thats a bit more like it only two missing who had prior appointments . let's keep it like that from now the training went well as by the state fo me anyone can tell well done

poor show

well what can i say, after all roberts hard work a very poor show for training and if it does not improve then robert will pull the plug on the whole thing and who can blame him. come on parents get them kids off their butts and into training or what is the point in going on. as ANYONE who turned up will notice yours truly was doing the training and because of commitments that roberst has i will be taking the majority of them from now on and i certainly will not get out of bed on winter mornings to take only a few so come on lets make an effort or all roberts and your own hard work over the last four years has been wasted.

well a new season is on us already so time to get fit again boys let's make it a good one

well least said the better about results i'm afraid. on a miserable day all round not just the weather we were soundly beaten by sides we had never played before , the endeavour was there but the rustiness showed after a long lay off but at the end of the day everyone had smiling faces . well the kids anyway and that';s all that matters ....well done boys for trying till the end

wow what a day , great sunshine and above all great football. apart from a hiccup against pill where we couldnt buy a goal -not for the want of trying - and then having only 6 players on the field against caerleon and even then only losing 1-0 ,you were brilliant .special mention to jake young who playes his heart out and to tom who kept us in the game with his courage in never flinching from an attack but everyone of you should be proiud of yourselves well done .

well i must say malpas are going home thinking phew we got away with that. so many corners we had i lost count, so many shots on goal i lost count (they had 2 and scored once)
our passing was electric, some of theose passes would grace any football field and the movement was amazing , so what let us down , poor shooting again but hey we won but next time lets get the goals our play deserves . well done once again boys.

what a game noone deserved to lose , great football from both sides and a seesaw game throughout and after waiting all these years we get two headed goals in one game . biting wind fierce tackles some bad luck on both sides but plenty of skill well done to both teams

good result against a game but less skillfull side. our passing was exceptional and positionalplay as well , jake thomas went off ill at the end of the first half so we played the 2nd half a man down but graig caused no problems . well done boys lets keep it going.

we totally outplayed them , only one side playing football and it was'nt the older boys . a game played in a gale force wind (as connors own goal will testify) was made all the more enjoyable because our boys played some great football against a team of older bigger lads well done boys.

saturday march 1st st davids day what a game 11 goals , great passing , shooting and entertainment from both sides and luckily gaer ended up winners at the sak of being called bias i make no apologies in naming thomas reardon man of the match his outstanding saves kept us in the game (even though one clearence smashed their striker in the face and rebounded into goal)
his kicking from hand was exceptional and his throing out was superb , sorry for raving but i was chuffed to beans for him and the rest of them well done lads next game is tomorrow 2nd march at kimberley park against albion rovers .

not as bad as the score suggests great in patches , we actually took the lead but then poor defending and a lack of concentration (trying to play the ball out of our own box) led to our demise. connor went in goal second half and put up a great show - hands still stinging mate .

well the double was done in style , on a lovely day , sun shining goals going in and an all in all great display the boys dispatched riverside with ease. the passing and tackling not to mention the shooting was first rate and riverside were pulled all around the park . well done lads

news hot off the press , after much soul searching (plus he had woken up by the time we got home ) tommy has decided to continue down the path of a playboy footballer and give it another go , or as he put it to me " dad noone else looks good in the green keepers jersey" he was talking in a fashion sense not in an ability one i might add.

as you all know by now tommy reardon pulld the curtain down on his footballing career after the win against riverside and we all wish him the best in his new career as town crier for greater london. tommy won this position by virtue of his amazingly loud voice (which he never used on the football field i might add)
